What you buy

One supporter coin for one project, in the tier you pick:

  • Copper €5
  • Silver €15
  • Gold €50

A coin is digital content: a 3D model of it (GLB) and three parts to print (STL: the coin, the spinner and the plinth), made for your purchase with its own serial number and year. On the coin's page your browser can also make a picture and a turning GIF of it.

Prices are final and the same for everyone. The seller is exempt from VAT as a small business, so no VAT is added or shown. Stripe handles the payment; we never see your card or bank details.

Delivery, and your code

As soon as the payment arrives, we email you a link to your coin and its code. A card payment arrives at once; a bank payment can take a few days.

The code is your coin: whoever has it can open it, so it can be given as a gift. Keep the email. If you lose it, you can have it sent again with your invoice number and the address you paid from; the new code replaces the old one. With a Portal account you can claim the coin to keep it on your account.

The coin opens for as long as the purchase stands at Stripe. A claimed coin stays on your account.

Right of withdrawal, and refunds

Digital content normally comes with a 14-day right of withdrawal. At checkout you ask us to deliver your coin straight away, and you acknowledge that you lose that right once it is delivered. We confirm this in the email with your coin.

We still refund mistakes, such as paying twice, if you write to us within 14 days. A refunded coin no longer opens, and a claim on it ends.

What you may do with your coin

You get a personal, lasting licence to keep the files, look at them, and print the coin for yourself, as many times as you like. You may share pictures and GIFs of your coin anywhere.

You may not sell the files or prints of them, or put the files where others can download them. The coin's design and the projects' names and marks remain ours.

What we keep about you

Almost nothing: the purchase's reference at Stripe and a fingerprint of your code, and for a claimed coin which account it belongs to. Your email address is used to send the coin and is not stored by us. Stripe keeps the payment record under its own privacy policy.

If something goes wrong

Write to us first and we will sort it out. These terms follow Finnish law, and nothing in them takes away rights that consumer law in your own country gives you. In Finland, a consumer can also ask the consumer advisory service (Kuluttajaneuvonta) for help and take a dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta).
