Gitork Warboss
VOIMASSAWarboss is the small server behind Gitork's Fleet: your Gitorks connect to it, and from any one machine you see every repository on every other machine -- and work on it there as if it were here.
One person, many machines. A relay that cannot read what it relays.
What it does
- Relays, never reads. Everything between your machines -- statuses, diffs, commands -- is encrypted end to end. Warboss sees who talks to whom, and nothing of what is said.
- You prove it is you. Machines join with the admin password and a 2FA code, against a join string that pins the server's key. Taking command of the fleet needs both again.
- One binary, a few megabytes. No database, no web UI: the Warboss tab inside Gitork is the interface. Run it on a home server, a NAS or a Raspberry Pi.
Getting it
Packages for every Gitork release: .deb and .rpm (with a systemd user service), a static Linux binary for x86_64 and arm64, a Windows installer, and a signed macOS binary. Same version as Gitork: they speak one protocol.
